Centreville, VA- Local Driving Instructor Tim Verra, Owner of Cruise Control Driving Academy has recently been found guilty on 3 counts of Conspiracy to commit fraud.
Three young students of Mr. Verra recently testified that they saw “many suspicious catfish-like people” messaging him on Whatsapp. Mr. Verra’s co-conspirators include “Cassidy 🍑”, “Brosé 🍑”, and “Ryan 🥭”. Plaintiff Mr. Hashim reportedly thought that it was a tangerine emoji and not a peach emoji, but his claim was proven false.
The relationship between Mr. Verra and the three students started off well with friendly conversation, but it quickly soured after plaintiff Arunski was denied the opportunity to use the cruise control option on the 2025 Toyota Camry that had been used for the course.
Around this time, the plaintiffs had begun to notice suspicious Whatsapp texts defendant Verra was receiving from the aforementioned co-conspirators. These texts combined with Mr. Verra’s manipulative nature tipped off Student Arunski of something potentially malicious.
This sparked the local Arunski to take a peek into Timmy’s past, but what he didn’t know is that he would find something very dangerous. After looking into his texts, Mr. Arunski and Mr. Koudellou realized that Verra was attempting to give the students fraudulent license papers after they had paid their fees.
After diving deeper Arunski and Koudellou found that Verra’s connections had been using fake identities to con him under the fake pretense of a polygamous relationship. The leader of the group, “Ryan 🥭” turned out to be 16 year old James “Jam Jamz” Walls, who had been previously wronged by Mr. Arunski and Mr. Hashim. This shows a clear motive, and how the evil Mr. Walls used Verra to get back at the two students.
Although he was used as part of a greater scheme, Mr. Verra still faces 4 days in prison. For more on this story, check out our other articles on this local driving school.
